  indeed, i too share that desire to let the games begin, so-to-speak.

  when jesus was on earth the devil approached him quoting scripture in order to tempt and entrap him.

  it is no wonder then that the apostate angel would be behind the effort to use the scriptures against jehovahs people today in order to mislead them.

  one of the most cunning and effective uses of scripture against us by satans agents is the charge that we are false prophets.

  Why would his true name be lost if he thought it was so important?

  The divine name is pronounced differently depending upon the language being spoken. But, we do know for a fact that the YHWH originally had three syllabels, not two as in the case of Yahweh. And we know the vowels for each syllabel were E,O,& A, in that order. So it's really not any mystery. Perhaps Jehovah will in time reveal a more exact pronounciation, put we are close. / You Know

  It's tragic that your cult encourages parents to force their children into performing uncompensated labor on its behalf (i.e. "going out in service").

  More silliness. What are you advocating, that volunteeers get paid? No, of course not. You are simply against any sort of expression of Christ's ministry.

  It's tragic that your cult encourages parents to beat their children (e.g., "spare the rod, spoil the child." Beatings were permitted to occur on Kingdom Hall property).

  It's also extremely tragic that many folks have given their lives due to a blood policy that is illogical and inconsistent (e.g., blood transfusions forbidden, organ tranplants ok, but organ tranplants can be done without the inclusion of some of the donor's blood).

  it doesn't get much action, but i would like what i post to come across with the most impact.

  i wonder how the average iq of most jw's would measure up to the average iq of non-witnesses?.

  i think that they would rate less than most.

  i say this because, having met up with a few still-witnesses recently, they just don't seem to be too prolific in the brain cell department.
